2. Agentic Development & IDE Disclosure

The Service is architected, developed, and maintained using a collaborative human-AI process. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

AI Agents: Fjord LLC utilizes autonomous AI agents, including Antigravity, to generate, refactor, and maintain the code and logic of the Service.
AI-Augmented IDEs: The development process utilizes specialized tools such as Cursor and VS Code with active AI logic synthesis.
Logic Delegation: You accept that critical technical decisions and implementations may be influenced or executed by AI systems under human supervision.

3. Comprehensive Technology Stack Disclosure

The Service utilizes a complex array of third-party technologies. Fjord LLC disclaims all liability for errors or vulnerabilities originating from any layer of our technology stack, including CDNs, Cloud Providers, and distributed dependencies.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

CAUTION: BY ACCESSING THIS SERVICE, YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE CLAIMS RELATED TO THE FOLLOWING:

- Direct or indirect damage from AI 'hallucinations' or logic errors;
- Technical failures or bugs induced by AI Agents (including Antigravity);
- Inaccuracies within the multi-language tech stack (JS, TS, Java, C++, etc.);
- Any issues arising from the use of AI-augmented IDEs (Cursor, VS Code);
- Business interruption or consequential damages of any kind.

ALL LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY IS STRICTLY AND EXCLUSIVELY ISOLATED TO FJORD LLC AS A CORPORATE ENTITY. NO INDIVIDUAL DIRECTOR, EMPLOYEE, OR AGENT SHALL BE PERSONALLY LIABLE.

5. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the tools on Fjord LLC's website. This is a license, not a transfer of title.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, USA. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Mexico for any disputes.
